Work Experience

March-September 2008 : Commis chef at Baguette, gastronomic french restaurant located on Racecourse road in Ascot, Brisbane. Headchef : Bruno Loubet. I was in charge of the vegetable section and controling all hot meal garnishes. Home made pasta and ravioli, home made french breads.

September 2007-January 2008 : Commis chef at BabyCream, café and restaurant in Liverpool (19A The Colonnades, Albert Dock, Liverpool, L3 4AA). I was in charge of the starters, tapas and pastries for the café and the restaurant. I also worked on the pass controling hot and cold meals.

April - May 2007 : Bread Baker in an french bakery in Vernouillet (Paris suburb). I had to knead, shape and cook different kind of traditionnal breads.

November 2006- July 2007 : Trainee in a pub/traditional restaurant named "Le Tourbillon" (30-31 Patio des Reflets 92400 Courbevoie). I worked in the kitchen controling cold meals, hot meals and pastries. I had to supervise the cold storage supplying and to manage food stocks.
Dishwashing

September- October 2006 : Trainee in a traditional restaurant "Aux deux Canards" (8 rue du faubourg Poissonnière 75010 Paris). Cold meals preparation, pastry, washing up the dishes.

August 2007 : Activity organiser in an outdoor play center in Poissy (Paris suburb). I had to organize the week of a group of children around their own imagnation and motivations. The main goal is to help them having fun and learning at the same time

2005-2006 : I worked as a trilingual translator (french, english and spanish) for a french surf/snow/skateshop named RideSpirit. I translated 3 catalogues and the shop's website. I had to work on interviews, technical articles and products descriptions. Knowledge in technical vocabulary concerning the products sold by the shop.

Scholar Skills

2007 : 1-years French National Vocational Qualifications course in catering at the Mederic Catering School in Paris.
2006 : 3-years University degree in Modern Litterature at Paris 10 Nanterre.
2003 : A Level equivalent specialised in litterature and Arts.

Speaking french, fluent English and Spanish

I have a first aid certificate and a french childcare certificate.
I get a driving licence and my own car.
I practice surfing and skateboarding.
